Since 1996, National Tree Day has inspired Australian communities to plant nearly 28 million trees. Supporting projects both big and small throughout the year, the Seedling Bank operates on the belief that every day is Tree Day. Whether it's a large-scale reforestation project or a small school garden, every seedling planted contributes to a greener future.
Launched in 2019, the Seedling Bank program aims to supply native seedlings to schools and community groups across Australia. Financial grants are awarded directly to successful applicants. By addressing the specific needs of different regions, the Seedling Bank promotes biodiversity, ensuring our unique Australian landscape is restored.
