Sutherland Shire Council Bushcare

As we work together to extend the natural area of Alcharinga Reserve this community planting event will help expand habitat, increase biodiversity, and strengthen the ecological resilience of the reserve. Whether you’re a regular volunteer or new to Bushcare, everyone is welcome — families included! We’ll be planting native species suited to the local environment, improving habitat structure, and creating greener community spaces for future generations.

DIRECTIONS

Enter the driveway at 84 Forest Road, Miranda, drive down the road and park opposite the Alcharinga Scout Hall. The planting area is opposite the childrens' playground.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Wear sturdy clothes and shoes, a hat and bring some drinking water for each attendee.
